You can buy a house in the U.S. through Netflix, but not if you are a US resident, according to a Netflix FAQ.
The FAQ says that the company is “currently reviewing and working on a new policy that applies to all US residents, including the vast majority of foreign residents.”
If you are in the US, you can still buy a home through Netflix.
However, if you’re an international resident, you won’t be able to do so unless you live in the Philippines.
Netflix did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
For now, you’ll need to go to the Netflix website and fill out an application form to buy a property in the United States.
The site has a process for foreign buyers, but you will need to fill out the form to apply.
Netflix’s policy does not include an option to pay rent in advance.
The company also does not allow foreigners to buy properties directly from the company.
However the company did not provide a link to a form to pay the rent.
